Marking Equipment

Single-Dot Ink Jet Marker
  • This sytem produces a dot approximately 1/8" (3mm) wide. A series of these dots can be used for line, arc or character marking.
  • IP65 certified (wash down and dustproof, not waterproof) for industrial environments.
  • Red ink is included (other colors available).
  • Mechanical fuse collision protection system.
  • Operates in 23 ℉ to 113 ℉ (-5 ℃ to +45 ℃). 10% - 90% non-condensing humidity.

  • The machine gantry utilizes special aluminum extrusions to provide a light but extremely rigid structure.
  • The machine is driven by backlash free rack and pinion drives in both axes providing excellent motion control required for precision gantry systems.
  • The Lightning Rail is driven by 840 watt AC servo motors coupled to precision planetary gear reducers producing an accuracy of +\- .004" in any 72" area with repeatability of .004".
  • Travel speeds are up to 1700 inches per minute, increasing your productivity.
